As our business, and so our IT system, grew to a size that the colleague charged with supporting it began to reach the limits of his competence it became obvious we needed either costly outside support or to get our man some training. After researching a number of possibilities we selected some courses from Hall Training as our preferred option.

 

The courses we choose from Hall Training were delivered over the internet and this allowed our ‘student’ to study during working hours but without the company losing his presence in the workplace. Hall Trainings management system allowed us to track the progress of our employee as and when we felt the need.

 

Our colleague was clearly benefiting from the knowledge he was gaining and with the support Hall Training provided he progressed smoothly through the course work and ultimately passed his certification testing on completion. He is now a more qualified individual and a greater asset to our business
